Patna Shukla Review: A man gets his underwear stitched, the tailor uses 1 meter of cloth instead of 1.5-meter cloth, and the man files a case against the tailor saying that the underwear are tightly stitched and because of this when a thief snatches his wife’s purse and runs away. It was difficult for the man to catch the thief and he even get into an accident.
Tanvi Shukla i.e. Raveena Tandon fights his case, whom her family members and others consider not as a lawyer, but as a housewife. She is trying hard to make a space for herself in the patriarchal society.

Story- Patna Shukla
Tanvi Shukla is a lawyer, but her husband feels that she fights small cases. In the court, Judge Satish Kaushik advises her to open a restaurant instead of fighting cases. A case comes to her in which a student named Rinki Kumari says that she did her best in the final exam but her result says she failed. Now, she wants to get her paper re-checked. During this Tanvi Shukla revealed about roll number scam.
While fighting this case, there is an upheaval in Tanvi’s life.
How is the movie
This film tells the story of the life of many students, everyone thinks that their marks should be good. Now this does not mean that scams happen to everyone but it does happen to some and this film touches on this issue which is related to many families.
The movie is simple, straightforward, no frills tells the story in an easy way and the story touches your heart.
The twists and turns of the court also surprise you. You see your victory in Tanvi’s victory and your defeat in her defeat, at many places, you also get the feeling of Jolly LLB. Overall, it is fun to watch the film.
Acting
Raveena Tandon AKA Patna Shukla is an amazing actress and here she proves it once again. Many housewives will be able to relate to the ease with which she narrates the pain of a housewife. She is the life of this film.
Anushka Kaushik’s work in the role of a student is very good, her glamor does not overshadow the character.
Manav Vij is brilliant in the role of Raveena’s husband, and Satish Kaushik is perfect in the role of the judge. It is a relief to see him again on screen, the work of Jatin Goswami and Chandan Ross Sanyal is also good.
Direction
The direction of Vivek Budakoti and Rajendra Tiwari is good, although if a few more twists were added, the film would have been more fun, but the way they have treated the film is good.
Arbaaz Khan has entered OTT with this film and it has to be praised that he has invested money on good content.
Overall, this film is watchable, you will definitely relate to it and do watch it for Raveena Tandon’s brilliant performance.
