Killers of the Flower Moon Review: Martin Scorsese, who is known as a legendary director, directed his latest movie Killers of the Flower Moon. Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, and William Bellevue are the lead characters in the movie.
Based on the true-crime saga by David Grann, “Killers of the Flower Moon” sheds light on the tragic events that unfolded in 1920s Oklahoma.
The Osage tribe discovered lucrative oil deposits on their land. After this, an order is received from the court that the people of this tribe will also have a share in the profit made from this oil. Due to this, this tribe becomes rich.
Driven by greed, they carried out a series of murders that took the lives of more than 60 Osage tribe members in an attempt to seize their property. As murders increase, the responsibility of solving this mystery is given to the FBI.

The Plot
Ernest Burkhart (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a war hero who is welcomed by his manipulative and cunning uncle William Hale (Robert De Niro) to the oil-rich land nation. William aspires to obtain control over the Osage tribe since the discovery of oil on their territory.
William wished for his nephew to marry Millie Kyle (Lily Gladstone), an Osage woman. Ernest truly falls in love with Milly and is now torn between his uncle and his family.
Performance
Robert De Niro: A brilliant actor has proved his loyalty to his character fitted in the role.
Leonardo DiCaprio: Looked very helpless in his character. However, he was seen ruling the screen with his acting.
Lily Gladstone: She appeared elegant on the screen. Although, I did not find her acting very convincing.

Direction
Killers of the Flower Moon is directed by Martin Scorsese. He is well known for Goodfellas, The Departed, The Irishman, and many others.
After seeing the film, I understood what it meant that everyone should update with time because Mr. Martin is still living in the 70s and creating films from that era. Despite the fact that they have such an outstanding topic, the execution is quite undercooked.
This film required serious editing. Also, if there was more focus on the massacre, the film could have been even better.
Over all, every person should know the story of this film because it is crucial to know the history so that we can do better in the future, although reading David Grann’s book instead of seeing the film is preferable.
Because “Killers of the Flower Moon” is so dull that you will concentrate more on sleep rather than the story.
