After this action, the actress, she is receiving a lot of criticism. Users are trolling. Meanwhile, the All-Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has issued a statement demanding an FIR against model actor Poonam.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, AICWA said that ‘using the cover of cervical cancer for self-promotion is not acceptable.’

“The fake PR stunt by model and actress Poonam Pandey is extremely wrong. After this news, people may hesitate to believe the news of any death in Indian Hindi cinema,” the AICWA statement said. “No one in the film industry can stoop to this level for PR.”

It also reads, “Poonam’s manager had confirmed the false news; hence an FIR should be lodged against Poonam Pandey and her manager so that no one can take advantage of the news of her death for personal gain (PR).

Also, the entire country paid tribute to the entire Indian film industry.”

On Saturday, Poonam shared a video in which she said that she is alive and ‘she has not died of cervical cancer.’ The news of his death was fake. This was a stunt done by the actor and his team to spread awareness about cervical cancer.

In a follow-up video, Poonam apologized for the stunt but said she wanted to spread awareness about the disease.
