This film will be directed by Antoine Fuqua. This project is supported by Lionsgate. Jackson’s nephew Jafar Jackson will play the lead role in the film. Universal Pictures holds international rights to the film except in Japan. Graham King is producing with John Branca and John McClain. The film’s screenplay is written by John Logan. Before this, he has written films like Gladiator and The Aviator.

The film will be on all aspects of Jackson’s life.

According to reports, the film will cover all aspects of Jackson’s life. However, it is unclear how the makers will show the controversies surrounding the late music icon. The biopic is being produced in conjunction with his estate, which defended him against allegations of child sexual abuse.

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana (an industrial suburb of Chicago, Illinois) into a working-class family. He was the seventh of nine children born to Joseph Walter “Joe” and Katherine Esther.
